With significant portfolio development planned, Fever worked with Genesis Land Development to realign their corporate brand. We focused on community investment, through projects such as Genesis Place in Airdrie, and Genesis’ unique approach to community development.
Fever worked with the Genesis team to develop the brands for Sage Meadows and Saddlestone from the ground up. We built the brands, addressed the marketing needs and even aided in wayfinding, showhome parade setup and community launch. In Bayside and Evansridge we once again supported the team to market the communities.
